We had a LED light go out and our garbage disposal started acting up one night. We submitted the work orders for both the night before, and the next morning maintanance showed up, fixed both with a smile, and helped us understand what went wrong. They were great, very friendly and helpful. So thankful for their quick response and help

Apartments are Nature friendly. I like the Spectacular Lake view. Its good to watch Ducks and Geese swim in the lakes. Trees with the Fall color as well as Cherry-blossom around the community is enjoyable.

Great place to live, all the important necessities are near by within a walking distance. The community is pretty safe where you can take a walk even at night without any fear in ur mind. The only issue is with the Maintenance service, Its too slow

Went down there today to look at an apartment. We called the office and got an appointment. Before we started (about ) 45 minutes drive, we called again to reconfirm. When we reached there, they told us that they closed early and offered us a phamplet. That kind of set the tone so we dropped them from out shortlist.

Worst apartment I’ve ever lived in and I have lived in many, including crummy college ones. It’s very old and likely hasn’t been updated since the 80s. Everything is in disrepair. Forget any hope of getting a response from the leasing office for absolutely anything. Crime is out of control. Walls are paper thin. I cannot wait to move. I should add though that even if the staff is not quick to respond, they are very kind and pleasant. I think they are merely overwhelmed and understaffed.

Perimeter Lakes is all around a great place to live, especially since this was my first apartment on my own. It is close to stores and restaurants and easily accessible. The staff are super helpful and every maintenance request I had was tended to. The pool and gym are great to have, and I loved living in front of a fountain/ pond. I always had some cool fish and birds hanging right outside my back door. I gave 4 stars because there were very normal minor problems, but for the price and location it was all worth it. The only drawbacks were not-so-updated cabinets, flooring, and fixtures. (but I think they offer newer units for higher prices) and there were occasional bugs here and there, but I feel like that is unavoidable at times and they did spray for bugs whenever I would mention something. Summary: For the price, location, and condition, this apartment is a great place to live! (especially for new renters Jamie Kepple has been SOOO helpful for me throughout my stay)

We were hesitant to move in as we saw poor reviews online, but 1000 Winsdor has not disappointed. The staff is incredible from doorman to management and maintenance, the amenities are awesome and the community is outstanding!

We're not happy about our stay here, we had too many problems since day one, but the most unacceptable thing is that we were about a month without air conditioning because it didn’t work. We reported the problem early in May (today is June 1st) and so far no one has gone to fix it. We understand that due to COVID-19 not every thing can be fixed as soon as possible except for emergencies but If this is not considered urgent (due to high temperatures) I don’t know what could be. Also, the moisture in the basement is absurd. The only good thing we have to say is that our neighbors and the community are good, even though someone broke into our cars.

Whomever on the staff came up with the "traveling music" for entertainment in the midst of COVID, give them a raise! It was excellent!! I wish he played longer, but I was also on a call, so it's really why I missed the first 30 min.

Terrible customer service and maintenance. Just don't expect anything from them and enjoy the location. These apartments have great layouts. They are also very old and run down. The dog trash bins provided are nice, it's just that they've been full for months so now they are more like trash heaps. We have had billing issues with them trying to make us part for their insurance when we have our own, but it's gotten worked out. It's easy to get annoyed but like I said, do not expect ANYTHING from the property owners. You will end up driving yourself crazy! Why 3 stars? The bike path we're connected to is amazing, I can walk to many shops and restaurants, and I have the best porch in the complex. I've also built a nice little garden. Our neighbors are great and it's safe so I can deal with a little nonsense.

One of the worst apartment viewing experiences I’ve ever had. Not only did the woman showing the apartment completely abandon the appointment without notice - but on the follow up appointment - she sat on the phone and kept me waiting for 20 minutes. Bathrooms in the lobby were poorly maintained and from the other tenant reviews it seems maintenance is falling apart. Would not recommend.

Staff came same day I called about my drafty front door. Thicker weather striping was added and then he ran back to their storage to get a caulk sealant for the floor in front of door. Both things helped reduce cold air coming in!

I won’t recommend this place. I lived here for 2 years and when I moved out they slapped expensive cleaning and other charges. Without consulting you they will give your details to collections! You will come to know when the collection agency calls you. That’s weird. You try calling them about this, no use because they will try to prove all the charges are correct and they can still charge you for something else in your apartment. There is not much you can do once this happens except you file disputes through collections agency and you don’t want to mess your credit report because of the cleaning charges.

It's been two weeks and so far, so good. This is the view from my patio, and though I don't see the heron often, I do get to watch a flock of mallard ducks. While across the street is Perimeter Center, where everything you can possibly need is within walking distance. A bit of a disappointment (which I assume will be taken care of soon) is that I just received my first bill and it's nearly $1500 more than I owe! Oh my!

I'm editing my review.. Although I'm disappointed it took so much effort to get resolution, the management company is sending real licensed professionals to fix our plumbing problems. That's appreciated and makes me feel confident that this can still be a home to us. The shabby cabinets aren't being replaced but the plumbing was fixed. They have also scheduled gutter cleaning.

I had the worst experience of seeing this Property today. It was a complete time waste. I went to see this property as a prospective tenant to look at the apartment and sign a lease if possible. Apparently management has hired some junkie who was not interested in showing the property in spite of booking an appointment. She was so rude that she not only lost one tenant in us but also another prospective tenant who had come for inquiry. She was on her mobile texting someone rather than giving details about the apartment . She said everything is online even the application and the apartment details. I happened to ask a passing by resident of the apartment if the lady is HIGH only today or all other days. It seems she is consistent. Also he told be me about the lackluster and laid back attitude of Maintenance guys towards work orders. I am glad I got to see all this before signing a lease and falling in to a trap. Hope Management is listening Or may be they are complacent that people will lease the apartment come what may.
