Great staff- from the leasing office, to concierge, to maintenance. There’s always a strong presence of help around the corner. And when there’s an inevitable problem, it’s quickly resolved and it’s easy to get a hold of someone.

It has been a nice experience living at 1000 Speer. A great location and great team. The maintenance team has been wonderful and the concierge team as well. My only negative (and major negative) is the bilt rewards that forces you to use their credit card and absolutely reject my bank's.

Overall everything is fine, except no one will come to fix my gash darn fireplace. The place is cozy, nice view of the lake and ducks. I like the spaciousness and cozy feel. The cabinets can use some updates.

A great community to live in, a great neighbourhood. However questionable maintenance. A simple request takes a month to resolve, not even after countless follow ups. Requests getting closed even when they are not taken care for. This is not done. Love this community however improvement in maintenance services highly desired.

It took several 3 weeks since the heating unit is so old had a challenge to find the replacement coil but final did, In the spring time my AC unit needed to be replaced and during that installation the coil was cut. it would of been nice if who ever cut it was proactive and addressed it at the time. The office Jamie did a good job keeping me updated on the progress of corrective actions

I have lived here for 27 years. The community and staff have always been very helpful and friendly. The property is always very well kept with landscaping around the whole complex. I have no intension of leaving anytime soon. A great place to live with family and friends!

The people living in the community make it hard to enjoy coming home and relaxing. They play in the street and refuse to move when you drive through. They destroy property and trash all over the place. They do not know how to throw trash into the compactor instead they just throw it on the ground making it really hard for those who do want to keep the place nice. Sometimes you cannot even get to the trash compactor because they throw so much trash on the ground. Disgusting. I have seen tons of skunks and wild animals in the area and this might be reduced if the trash wasn't thrown on the back porches or the ground. No respect for the people living around you. Water bill is so high and I only have two people but yet I am paying for this knuck heads to be living 5-6 people deep and only claiming on or two people. I though there was a rule on how many people could live in one unit and that isn't enforced. Just my neighbors alone, they have 6 people living in a one bedroom apartment. The other have like 5 kids and two adults. I see them getting ready for bed living in the living room. Water bill shouldn't be this expensive for one unit. Rules need to be kept and enforced. Half of them don't read the emails so start notifying them and keep a record. Keep doing it kick them out. Might help with the community and all the negative views.

It's been two weeks and so far, so good. This is the view from my patio, and though I don't see the heron often, I do get to watch a flock of mallard ducks. While across the street is Perimeter Center, where everything you can possibly need is within walking distance. A bit of a disappointment (which I assume will be taken care of soon) is that I just received my first bill and it's nearly $1500 more than I owe! Oh my!

I'm editing my review.. Although I'm disappointed it took so much effort to get resolution, the management company is sending real licensed professionals to fix our plumbing problems. That's appreciated and makes me feel confident that this can still be a home to us. The shabby cabinets aren't being replaced but the plumbing was fixed. They have also scheduled gutter cleaning.

I had the worst experience of seeing this Property today. It was a complete time waste. I went to see this property as a prospective tenant to look at the apartment and sign a lease if possible. Apparently management has hired some junkie who was not interested in showing the property in spite of booking an appointment. She was so rude that she not only lost one tenant in us but also another prospective tenant who had come for inquiry. She was on her mobile texting someone rather than giving details about the apartment . She said everything is online even the application and the apartment details. I happened to ask a passing by resident of the apartment if the lady is HIGH only today or all other days. It seems she is consistent. Also he told be me about the lackluster and laid back attitude of Maintenance guys towards work orders. I am glad I got to see all this before signing a lease and falling in to a trap. Hope Management is listening Or may be they are complacent that people will lease the apartment come what may.

It’s been not the best. The people in the leasing office are always nice, but the hours are inconvenient and will close early without notice many times. Often, many of our maintenance issues go weeks before being resolved, if at all.

Horrible customer service!!! I scheduled an appointment to see apartments, the first time down from Cleveland they had none to show but neglected to inform me of this prior to my drive down. So 2nd time i called they said they had some to show and scheduled yet another appointment this time the office was locked with a notice on door they would be back for another hour and half. If they don't want to show or rent out their apartments they should say so. I cant imagine if they treat potential renters like this what they treat people they already have as renters. Most unprofessional place we dealt with in Dublin!!!

Very disappointed in the management. Apartments are very old. Things keep on breaking frequently. I have no light in master bathroom since 3 weeks. I am using a table lamp. I have a request pending since 3 weeks. Today service request is closed without any fix. I have similar problem with exhaust fan not working in a bathroom. Service request is more than 3 weeks old and it is not fixed. We got one service request fixed today which was couple of months old. Please consider this feedback before renting.

Let me see, I got a threatening notice over my rent being a little short one time and another time for leaving trash on my door. but the assistant manager in the office smells like weed every time you go in there, ----------------------. ----------------------------------------------------------------------, and smelled other drugs too. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------. ------------------------------------------ and had no where to go so I let them stay stay at my house. the police said 2 people --------------------- were both wanted. the guy (I think her boyfriend) was wanted on DRUG and BURGLARY warrants and her mother or maybe his was being picked up because she had a warrant in another state. then I heard another drug addict that ---------------- stole her car from the property. she was outside screaming, yelling and going crazy. not only me, but other people that live here have heard her ------------------------- screaming her head off using the most vulgar language you can imagine. many people that live here say they are afraid of her. the manager in the office is probably afraid of her too because turns the other way and pretends this it's not happening. we thought she was fired because even though we saw her speeding in and out, at the pool with a bunch of her friends, ------------------------------------, she wasn't working. today I saw her back at the office. people that work here have all our personal information and keys to our houses....I know, comforting right? you have to pass a credit and criminal background check to live here and we are responsible for people who we let come here. I guess the rules aren't the same for people that work here. I also heard the guy the swat team arrested is still in prison for his crimes but she is marrying him as soon as he comes out. We have changed our front door lock and moving as soon as our lease is up. We don't recommend living here.

We recently moved to an apartment here and there were so many issues that needed to be addressed the day we moved in. We have to constantly followup with the office to send someone to look into our service requests and fix them. They have very limited staff to do maintenance works and they keep saying that they have many pending service requests that need to be addressed and they'll take care of our requests when possible. Bath tubs in some apartments make very creaky sounds when taking bath because they are way too old and management is not ready to replace them as they didn't break yet. Management wants us to deal with it the way it is.. I hope they can address all these concerns immediately and find a solution for better and faster customer service in the apartments

I stopped by here to view the apartments, I was very disappointed. The units are priced slightly lower than others in the area. Unfortunately they are very outdated, dingy, and in desperate need of renovation. The club house looks like it has been renovated so it is a nice first impression. But the apartments, common areas, and the pool need some work. It is a shame as they are in a great location. I will gladly pay a little more for a newer apartment down the road. This is not what I would expect to find in Dublin.

I really enjoyed living here the past 2 and a half years and plan to re-up for at least a 3rd year. The staff is attentive and the neighborhood is enjoyable. I 'love all the families that have moved in recently and enjoy the pool time with all the kids playing and swimming together. A real community!

When the temperature is 90 degrees outside my apartment air conditioner is not working for about 15 days. The manager thinks it’s not emergency, and that’s why she is not fixing it. What do the property owner do? They should check the reviews and change the manager.

Jim answered the first night the a/c would not cool. He worked on it in the am the next day. When it still was not cooling he came the next am and found a small leak in the outside apparatus and fixed it.

Very good, not great. Siding on the back of the garage across from my front door has not been repaired. Shrubs under my bedroom window have been trimmed, but at least two of them are completely dead. They have been dead since I moved in over five years ago. Large flower pot and pitcher are still in the shrubs.. I will remove them this weekend. Thanks for the quick turn-around, Al

Maintenance guy started working on plumbing without switching off the water supply. It caused water spill all over bathroom and in living area.Maintenance guy did not clean up the mess and left after finishing the plumbing. I have pictures post work completion. Also, leak is still happening under the sink (in the bathroom)
