Deposit And Fees

A security deposit of $500 to up to 1 month's rent (depending on credit) and a $500 holding deposit (applied to first month's rent) are required at move-in.  We also require a one-time key and lock charge of $200 per apartment.  

There is a $300 Optional Amenity Membership. 

Pet Policy

Waterside Place by Windsor is a pet-friendly community that welcomes up to two pets per apartment.  There is a monthly pet rent of $75-$100 per dog and $50 per cat.
 
Restrictions: Breed Restrictions Apply, Dogs are not permitted on the 2nd or 5th floors.
